Connect with Head Trainer Riley
After choosing your program, schedule a consultation with Head Trainer Riley. Here you will have the chance to go over your past experiences, explain current goals or create new ones. This is where we determine, together, how many weekly guided sessions will most effectively match your schedule and needs.
Start Your Program
After meeting with Head Trainer Riley and finding a schedule that works for you, it’s time to start! Once you start you will be invited to our mobile app allowing you to view the upcoming workouts, easily check your progress, and allow us to track your nutrition habits.
Master your motion and Become an Artisan
Our goal is to get you to the point where you have mastered your motion. You feel confident in maintaining your results on your own, and only come to us when you want some variation in your training. Once you are able to do this, you have become an Artisan of your own body.

Riley Davis
Founder/Head Fitness Trainer
Hello! My name is Riley and if you choose to work with
Artisan Motion you will be working directly with me. Physical health is an
aspect of my life that I hold very dear. It has decided many of the decisions
ive made through the course of my life be this for better or for worse. After
understanding that achieving control over my physical health was the key to
deciding what I do for myself, I resolved to master it. This lead me to become
a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National
Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) after completing my Bachelors of
Exercise Science with Florida Southern College. Now I wish to show you how to
easily master your physical health, instilling principles of movement that will
allow you to keep that control through the entirety of your foreseeable future.
Accountability On your terms
Quitting cannot be an option. Have you ever gotten so excited for something new that you push yourself more and more, only to quickly burn yourself out before reaching your final goal? Starting something is not the problem, the problem is sticking to it for the long run. You will work with your coach until youve formed habits and movement patterns that last for your life, giving you the ability to become who you always wanted.
Safe / Sustainable movement
Injury is the great equalizer when it comes to progress. If you get injured, you must adjust training and oftentimes completely stop before you can continue safely. Unlike other programs that try to get quick results by any means possible. Artisan Motion programs with your experience level and overall health at the forefront ensuring your able to maintain and grow past your goals.
Science Made Simple
Every year it becomes harder to distinguish between fitness fads and fitness facts. Fitness fads have flooded the world making it all to easy to train in a way that will actually keep you from your goals! Your training should be created using the most verified training concepts and supplemented as training research evolves. Make sure you are training with fitness facts without having to worry about doing the research on your own with our fully guided science based programming.

Though media may portray extremes as essential, people I've met with the best overall health are usually not downing 3 raw eggs in the morning or a pound of liver for dinner. Artisan Motion works with you to make sure that your nutrition consists of food you actually get excited to eat. Eating better doesn't have to be a painful process, most times it is simply becoming more aware of what we eat and modifying current habits to align with your goals.
